Kristin Cavallari is pregnant with her second child but is staying healthy by following an organic diet and doing low-impact workouts, Us reported Nov. 21. "I do Pilates usually twice a week, and then I do the Stairmaster for 15 minutes, followed by light weights," said Cavallari, 26. "But I've been taking it a little bit easy."
